This litter box has changed my life! Having three cats, I was forever cleaning their litter box and could never manage the horrible smell that lingered in my house, The Pura X has been the best investment I’ve ever spent money on, easy to set up and easy to manage, the app tells you everything (eg: when the waste bin is full, if the deodoriser has run out, when your cat uses it and which cat used it by the individual cats weight etc)
With three big cats using it, I top it up with a few cups of fresh bentonite litter every 4-6 days.
Honestly the best product ever invented and not to mention the amazing fast and friendly response from the company as I had a few questions to ask, so helpful, fast free express shipping, arrived in less then a week. highly recommended, you won’t be disappointed it’s been the best couple months so far

This is really great product and has definitely changed my life. Aesthetically, it’s the best looking one on the market. I was quite sceptical at first due to the lack of content online. Took the leap of faith and decided to order one. I’ve been using it for just over a month and very impressed with its level of cleaning and sensors.
My only small criticism is its ability to completely control or eliminate odour, whilst it has a built in deodoriser, i do find the liquid runs out really quickly if you leave it on the default setting (had to refill mine after 3 weeks). Otherwise it’s very easy to clean and dissemble (literally 3 steps)

Seller is very helpful, patient and assist me all the way. I’ve had trouble initially with the clean litter all getting in the bin but after being advised to change to the sand type instead it worked well. Highly recommend

so happy to wake up in the morning without smelling my 3 cats late night “business” in the kitchen!! the fact that i get to drink my coffee first then clear their poop is awesome. i hope this machine won’t breakdown or else I’ve to resort to scooping their poop again…

Duties & Taxes
International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties, which are applied by your local government and customs office, on imported goods. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed rest with the customer.
Should the customer refuse to pay duties and taxes held on an order applied by customs the responsibility lies with the customer to arrange for the order to be returned to Alphapet in order to receive a refund.

Returns
Online Returns Policy
We will happily accept returns on all full priced items for any reason within 14 days of receipt for a credit note or a full refund.
Both Domestic Australian orders and International orders need to be returned at the customers own expense. Please use a reliable and trackable return service, as Alphapet will not take responsibility for any returns lost or damaged in transit.
We are not able to offer exchanges and instead encourage you to place a new order for your desired item and returning the original item for refund.
All items must be in their original condition; and are accepted at the discretion of our team.
How to Return
To request a return please contact our Customer Care department with your order number, noting the item/s you wish to return, and the reason.
A member of our Customer Care team will be in touch with further instructions on how to return your item/s and to provide you with an RA# (Return Authorisation Number). If you need any further assistance with your return email our Customer Care team and we’ll be happy to help.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your returned item/s to be received. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been received and processed. If your return does not meet our return policy you will be contacted by our Customer Care team.
Refunds
Your refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note credit card refunds may take up to 10 days to process, depending on your financial institution.
If your original payment method was via one of our partners, Afterpay or Zip Pay, your refund will be credited to your account.
Credit Notes
Once your return has been received and processed, and credit note will be issued to you by email. The credit note will include a code to be redeemed online. Credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Faulty Items
We make the best efforts to quality control all items prior to dispatch.
In the case that something is faulty or damaged, please contact our Customer Care department as soon as possible, using the steps mentioned above, please also include a brief description of the fault.
Incorrect Items
If you believe you have received an item different to the one you ordered, please log your return request via your Account using the steps mentioned above, please also include a brief description of the item you have received instead.
